In my defense I was sort of half paying attention at first but it took me a minute to realize that was Pearl as Big Ang. Quite the transformation.

Someone last week said she was going to be a Russian gymnast (or was it ice skater?). I'm pretty bummed we didn't get to see that.

A Kenneth Parcell, even.

I don't really see the love for Max at this point. Yes, she is professional and polished, even if it's in a Lady Gaga four years ago kind of way. But she consistently fails to surprise or entertain on the runway at the level of Violet. People keep playing the "talent" card but her Merle Ginsberg was painful and

Oh god how delightfully awkward:

Like spending all this time trying to get Pearl "out of her shell" (I like Pearl fine but the handholding is no fun to watch) but not voicing that they wanted Mrs. Kasha Davis to push her persona forward until right before elimination/"Watcha Packing?" Too bad, I would have liked to see that schtick more (same with

She's not bad. I'd venture though, that the guy who plays Mike has the absolute worse dialogue in the film. And he commits! So there's that.

Call me stupid, but I get the feeling the whole experience just burned Sestero out. Talent-level aside, the man is photogenic enough for a regular soap opera gig. I don't get why the midnight movie circuit is the only thing that has worked out for him career-wise.

I'm thinking Helen Mirren as the mysterious Chloe behind "Chloe Productions." We finally get the depiction that the book unfortunately denied us.

Bruce Willis's was completely worth it for "Boy Dance Party." I know that was a stupid, easy joke but man did they use his current complete lack of energy to their advantage. Now that's good writing!

Nice to see you still around, considering…

You're welcome.

No one can do without Taran! But boy do I miss Paul Brittain. Lord Wyndemere is a part of me.

Eh, I still think the Gaga camp started those rumors themselves. It's faux shocking, easy to disprove because there are high school era pictures of Gaga where she looks a lot less androgynous, and makes her sound edgy and controversial without being either of those things.

Call me crazy, but I rarely see the Moynihan/Farley comparisons beyond being fat white funny guys. Their styles seem so different. Farley would have done Ford mid-crack bender and played on the insanity, while Moynihan plays more on the facial expressions, voice work, and the weirdness of the whole thing.

I'm not going to pretend like TDS isn't diverse. Nor am I going to pretend I don't like the people on it. It's certainly more diverse than the news shows it makes fun of. But how long was The Daily Show running before it started featuring non-white correspondents? And I still can't think of an out, queer correspondent

This show had flaws but it's definitely a huge loss. With time, Bell would have become a better interviewer (he had a tendency to be over-excited and talk over his guests), and maybe that terrible looking set would have been redesigned (it looked like a slightly altered version of the outdoor scene set from "The

Yeah — aiming a show at a young, political, urban audience (a majority of whom get their media from streaming services) and then moving it to a channel included only in premium cable packages seems like a really solid marketing plan.

Agreed. Her delivery was so off-putting it was almost impossible for me to think about the content. I like the idea of the writers performing segments in their own voice, but that doesn't mean they *all* have to.
