Yeah, Cheers never did that.

She was good, until you heard of her, she's too mainstream now.

Even though I said I wasn't a fan of hers….And just because you don't think someone is funny doesn't mean that they're conclusively not funny. Even though her show was awful and I don't really care for her, enough people find her funny that she deserves to be included in the conversation of women in comedy.

You're right, it would make more sense to list examples of the cool underground female comics that nobody's heard of, like Wendy Bumbleshoes. THEN people will believe that women are funny!

Sarah Silverman, Tig Notaro, Riki Lindhome, Kate Micucci, Natasha Leggero, Chelsea Peretti, Jen Kirkman, Amy Schumer, Kristen Schaal, Rachel Feinstein, the aforementioned Wanda Sykes and Maria Bamford, and even people I'm not particularly a fan of like Whitney Cummings

He needs more blankets and he needs less blankets!

Walk Hard is one of the few movies that basically consists of one single joke stretched across 90 minutes that I actually enjoy. I love that movie. The Bob Dylan and "Smile" era Brian Wilson stuff is great. ("I want an army of didgeridoos! 50,000 didgeridoos!")

Don't know if anyone else has mentioned this, but that Bruce Willis in the military sketch has a similar premise as Will Ferrell's Old Prospector sketch, only not nearly as funny.

@avclub-6a468de7d95c61884c9375028e903849:disqus  "So Kenny hates black people this entire time and he's never addressed it?"From the first scene of the entire series - "I thought the blacks in Baltimore were bad, but they're nothing compared to the fags y'all got here in San Francisco."Kenny's ALWAYS been a racist.

I have a friend who's really into Phish and String Cheese Incident and all those types of bands, and every time he goes to a show or festival, when I see him afterwards and ask him how it was, he invariably says "Bro, It changed my life!!!"

Modern Family is a slightly better written show with a better concept and a much better cast though.

Yeah Nick Kroll was in Foosball and Nocturnal Vigilantism and Martin Starr was in Geography of Global Confict.

I'm not the world's biggest Miley Cyrus fan, but all you people saying she's this horrible human being deserving of public hatred and ridicule are judging a person you have never encountered based on a perception created by the media are really deluded. People who think they know what famous people are like based on

Who all seen the leprechaun say "yeah!"

Not to be nitpicky but Anthem Part Two's chorus is not really a "four-chord chorus". The first 8 bars are (Em-F-C-G) but for the last six bars it changes and the Em becomes an Am. So it's technically five chords.

These guys don't fit into my arbitrary standards of what constitutes punk, wah!

Listen to Always.

I made it through seventeen seconds of that video, I'd say that's pretty good.
