Eh, I dunno. The movie is intelligent, compelling and interesting examination of race (especially race in America) and without any reaction or interest in the racial aspect of it, it's just a well made (but not very scary) horror film.

I used to eat a lot of bugs, especially locusts (that I imagine are identical to the crickets) back when I lived in Thailand. They fry them up in Fish Sauce and it's is cheap and delicious. It's like high-protein popcorn.

"Maybe that makes me uncultured."

That only a racist could love that Chris Rock routine? That point?

You have. You've commented on articles with Fox News videos. You're in the UK so you don't "watch Fox" but you have definitely watched seen it and you've commented enough and with enough knowledge of Bill O'Reilly that you've obviously been acquainted with him too.

First off, that isn't what happened with Ghostbusters.

Aw, looks who's trolling this thread

I'll explain but, first, let's get this out of the way, I went through your comment history, and you definitely have seen Fox News so my take of this is (a) You said something that was neither smart nor insightful (b) You were called out for it (c) You are trying to flip everything around by being overly, ironically

I'm glad that we have finally come to an agreement as a society (barring some outliers like Geraldo) that Drake, despite a ton of charisma and intelligence, isn't that great of a rapper.

I just googled that situation and, holy lordy, is that woman crazy. Lucky for John K., she's stalking Conor Oberst now, but yikes!

I'm pretty much done with the Marvel/Netflix shows. The first season of Daredevil was pretty decent but the second season was ridiculous and dated, Jessica Jones was erratic and dragged hard in the middle, Luke Cage was preachy and frustrating and I just gave up on Iron Fist because I just couldn't anymore.

I'm not sure what is going on here. You want to defend something you haven't seen? I mean, I agree with you. I like the show and I think Dunham is talented but I almost want to argue with you to see how you are going to defend something that you haven't even bothered to watch

Yup. Peggy.

It IS proof that he was a grimy, little pimp

A million degrees this. Pras had so much low-key charm and humor that his lines on The Score have grown to be my favorite. Frankly, without Pras, Wyclef is insufferable.

He's been good in a lot of stuff. He strikes as a complete douche and self-absorbed to near-insane levels but he is a pretty solid actor, especially now that he has moved on from "annoying teen" roles in Transformers and Crystal Skull.

The Shadow was fun. Underrated

I loathe Buck, far more than anybody else and it drives me crazy if my team makes the post-season and I'm suddenly forced to listen to 4 hours of Buck blowing his Smarm Wad all over the place

Both Jon Hamm and Paul Rudd are old friends of Joe Buck and speak of him fondly

Agreed. Honestly, the first half of The Raid 2 was beyond boring, it was frustrating watching a tiresome, needless undercover cop story.
