Still find her insufferable. Just like on her sitcom, Roseanne Barr continues to be the worst thing on her own show. Everybody just seems sharper and wittier than she is.

Ned Beatty didn't work for me in Homicide
He was too well known and I felt that these stood out, too much, in stark relief to the relatively unknown cast. Even Yaphet Kotto was, in comparison, a pretty underutilized character actor.

I guess I'll cop to not liking Sacco's stuff too much or, at least, as much as I should. I like his drawing style and he is very good at capturing the feel of a location but I can't get past his strongly biased storytelling disguised by a cloak of faux objectivity.

I had pretty much spent much of my adult life sneering at celebrity deaths. Jim Henson's was the first that I remember feeling true loss. He was such a wonderful, creative and positive force.
