"I don't know what is more pathetic, though"

Uh what?
"director Tamra Davis has a reputation for cultivating great performances from her high-profile actors, most of whom she got to work with before they got famous: She directed Adam Sandler in Billy Madison, Chris Rock in CB4, and Dave Chappelle in Half Baked. "

Princess Leia and Han Solo
Even if we throw aside the probability that their relationship was little more than passion bore out of attracted opposites during a time of strife, what could they possibly do as a couple?

"In my fantasy Say Anything future, Lloyd has started a successful kickboxing academy"

My understanding was that Wantanabe "lost" himself in Limbo. He believed it to be reality and, thus aged.

Now, my point was simply that Nolan doesn't really deal with standard 'dream logic' very much or very well. You are right that if anybody went looking for Bunuel, Fellini, Lynch or Jodorowsky then they would be very disappointed.

Nope. I was looking for the movie that I found. Again, I wasn't issuing a complaint, just an observation.

Not really a complaint but…
Nolan is far too rational of a filmmaker to truly handle dream logic. Nolan's dreams were filled with action and logic puzzles and resembled a video game more than anything else.

Todd VanDerWerff's sister
is Armond White. Who wants to bet?

Nice Timing
What with the ban on gay marriages being declared unconstitutional and all.

Groucho was always my favorite…
but, when I was a kid, I loved Harpo and hated Chico.

Actually, sites that offer a mobile version (like AV Club) also give you the access to view the site normally which is what I prefer to do. Mobile versions of sites annoy me.

Disappointing
I know you guys are trying but your App kinda blows. I don't really see a reason for it to exist. It only includes the film section (why is that?), can't write/read comments (I know alot of the AV staff hate the comments, but I enjoy 'em) and doesn't add anything to the experience.

I don't 'blame' Amy Adams entirely. I blame the studio for not trusting the story of Julia Child to be enough to carry a movie, Nora Ephron for writing such a godawful character and trying to force us to care and I certainly blame Julie Powell for being a miserable blight upon the world and a complete waste of carbon

I kinda disagree with alot of these
Hollywood Remakes: There have been some good ones. Magnificent Seven, 12 Monkeys, The Departed, Etc. Plus the Dragon Tattoo movie is directed by Fincher, yeah? I will always give Fincher a try.

Sledge and Lecky have been very good but the guy playing Snafu has been fucking great.

My vote for the worst is Threshold, the Voyager episode where they try to break the Warp 10 barrier, Paris and Janeway devolve into amphibians, screw, have baby things and are returned back to human form. Biggest WTF moment ever

Fine, OK Go. YOU WIN!
I have been trying to sneer at Ok Go but I don't think I can anymore. They have put out a whole bunch of really good power pop that is intelligent without being overly cynical. Sure, they have gotten coverage more for their internet gimmicks, but those gimmicks are very, very clever and very good

Done! Cheers!

Ahhh, ignore him Dalek. I agree about the voice acting (particularly in Baldur's Gate 2)
