Man, I get reverse nostalgia from Oatmeal rock. Listening to it makes me feel sick to my stomach, not in a 'this is terrible music' kind of way (though it is), but in a flashback-to-anxiety-disorder kind of way. I associate mid-to-late '90s mom rock with adolescent misery and panic attacks. It kinda sucks.
