When S3 aired, few people liked the first half (before Day of the Black Sun). You could find negative criticism about it all around in the hiatus! And now people are mentioning in the same breath as S2! (unthinkable to me even now).
Right now I'd go with S2>K3>K1=S3>S1>K2
In all fairness you would have to compare it to the Guru/Crossroads combo. Right now I'd put ATLA higher just for the "You were never even a player" from Azula to Long Feng. There's no equivalent here IMO.
