I kind of love that the most in-depth review of a show I’ve seen on this site in quite a while is for a Duck Tales cartoon.

I saw a lot of calling out on Insta, so I would hope that this would be reflected in a hypothetical reunion (although I’d also think that the reunion’s already been filmed).

It’s been like that for a while. I guess whoever does the makeup changed, but Ru doesn’t look like Ru. It’s weird, especially considering how brows have been having their moment for a while now.

To be fair, there’s been gimmickry almost as long as there’s been lipsyncs (e.g. Shannel ‘losing’ her wig, Roxxxy Andrews revealing one under another). But I don’t think I’ve ever seen a performance so wholly dependent on a gag. And yeah, the changing between runway and lipsync is rubbing me up the wrong way, as well.
