Please don't kill, Cap, please don't kill Cap…

Marvel's always obsessed with characters removing their masks and hats, even when it's a guy already unrecognizable under purple make-up.

Dammit, Thanos, put on your crown.

Kidding!

The Doctor was played by wax dummies on three separate occasions, all of which were better Doctors than Sylvester McCoy.

How about a nice robotic cat?

Then he falls asleep and regenerates.

So they should avoid them altogether?

The current show has referred enough to the Doctor's previous incarnations that it seems like it would be interesting to meet one, even and especially if you've never seen them before.

Doctor Who in A Zany Adventure with Der Führer!

Thank you! Argh!

If it's the '90s, her costume will need patches.

I think you're right.

Which comic book hero had a costume that shot out of a ring and covered their body? This is reminding me of that.

Oh man, I really liked John Heard in everything I saw him in. He was "that guy," a character actor you always recognized and who always elevated a project. One of my favorite parts that he did was way back in Miami Vice. Cool episode with an unusual ending.

Hard to tell, but Captain Marvel's not wearing a black costume, is she? I'm hoping they go with the comic book blue/red suit.

Yeah, I kind of think it's time to just pick up after the Next Generation/DS9/Voyager area. Set it about 20 years later (just like in real life) with the Enterprise F, with a new crew, and you can even have characters from the last era appear.

Hey Harrison, why don't you reboot Grumpy Old Men?

Oh yeah, I forgot The Simpsons was still on…

Hmm, a show about nothing… Danny gets a gawky, funny neighbor…
