The title is actually To Morrow Land! and the movie is about George Clooney leading an expedition to Alaska where Rob Morrow has built a replica of Cicely, Alaska and has been hiding out there for the last fifteen years and is in a standoff with federal agents.

Earthquake Glue also has "Useless Inventions" which is fantastic.

Don't listen to the people that recommend Universal Truths and Cycles. There are a few okay songs on that album, but for the most part it really sucks.

I remember hearing this album just once back in the mid-90s when I was riding in a car with my older brother and some of his college freshman friends. This song has been stuck in my head ever since.
