Good interview!  I think the Neil Young comparison is right on.  He puts out tons of material, some of which you like right away, some of which you come back to in time and appreciate, and some of it which is never that good.  Some Ryan Adams records, including some notable ones, are perfect through and through.…

I enjoyed both the good interview and their good album, but I'm a little sad to see the avclub interview followed by terrible review streak of 2011 come to an end.
