Listening to Bryant bag on his brother…love it. I think he might be my favorite character guest.

I suppose I may have overreacted. It just struck me as odd to see someone having to justify liking a movie I've always thought to be highly regarded, especially in relation to other romantic comedies.

Do you really have to qualify your fondness for WHMS like that? It's just a good fxking movie, definitely at the top of the heap for rom-coms.

I was only 10 for OPP, but Jamboree was the fxking jam my freshman year of college. These guys put out some pretty solid stuff.

Do NOT start with the Daly/Jacobs episode. Not only is it one of Daly's weaker characters (and almost impossible to listen to), Gillian wasn't  nearly as good as the Community-obsessed rubes around here seem to think.

His whole put-upon, I-hate-you-you-hate-me schtick is so effing tired and so unbearable that even great episodes (like Paul Scheer's) can't get me to come back.

Agreed. The character wasn't great to begin with, and Aukerman's/Mantzoukas' instinct to shout him down was ill-conceived at best.

Agreed! Lots of great moments this year…Jesse Thorn's Fantasy Doula Report, Tom Segura's Dog in a Bathtub bit, Jason Nash's Bruce Jenner Poop in a Wheaties Box bit…the list goes on.

She's really great. Definitely the breakout star of Children's Hospital, and the surprise awesome podcast guest of they year.

Add a helicopter shootout and Andy Garcia on a police horse, and you've got…something great, I imagine.

CBB has indeed been great lately, and yes, there were some pretty bleak stretches during the year. But that's all behind us now.
