the show is purple for sure and i don't think the character 'deserves' anything like this, but i don't agree that it's totally bankrupt to show that being a matriarch of club like this involves constant degradation

Similarly I have a crush on Kelly McDonald and think she's done awesome work but her character didn't work too…

Hey she's an adult and a successful actress in her right, she can choose what she wants to do and not do.

it's a pulp show, the characters are all hyperbole. that's what makes it fun

Aw man I really enjoyed your review last week but this is bogus. I thought this was an epic level of crazy from start to finish, and admired that they're willing to rip at the foundation of the characters. the clubhouse table isn't magically getting better this time.
