Surprised the remix wasn't discussed as it's her most commercially (number one!) single, at least in the UK.
Sad no mention of the mighty 'Reasons to be Cheerful, part 3' by Ian Dury and the Blockheads.
Oi! Oi! Savaloy.
Why the delay? The dub version of Hurricane has just been released in the UK. I look forward to the AV review in 2014.
Josie and the Pussycats
In particular the 'pretend to be nice' segment where they climb the billboard charts, which has a killer pay off line at the end.
I hope they can work concerned Northern liberal Garth Pancake somewhere into the story.
Late to the party but if you're after weird try Richard Lester's 'The Bed-Sitting Room' featuring Peter Cook and Dudley Moore.
Can't make it
At my in-laws for Christmas dinner.
I was so disappointed when I picked up a copy of 'Straight No Chaser', jerking off to Wynton Marsalis just doesn't cut it.
Yes or Genesis perhaps, at the time Kiss were pretty much unknown in the UK. To a large extent other than the image, Kiss still mean jack shit in the UK.
Spin off movies I'd like to see

Small man in a box

Matt Berry
While I hate to hijack a thread about the wonderful Mr Ayoade, just have to mention his Garth Merenghi/IT Crowd co star Matt Berry, who's a massive part of why both are so great. Plus he's got a great psych-folk album out 'Witchhazel' which is well worth checking out.
In fairness Ayoade's admitted as much that it's a homage/steal from the French new wave. No worse for that as it's a blast . Very assured, very funny and Yasmin Paige is a real find.
1981 - Lennon releases a new wave inspired album featuring his club hit 'Walking on Thin Ice'.
1982- His first worldwide tour is a huge success
1984- Narrates Thomas the Tank Engine as his son Sean loves them.
1985 - Reforms the Beatles for Live Aid
1987 - To coincide with Sgt Pepper on CD for the first time, they release…
Viewing parties
I can see it going the same way as this http://www.theonion.com/art…
'Actually, I think liberals would be sorry to see him go. A Trump/Palin ticket would be…whatever the opposite of unbeatable is'
A few suggestions:
Stop getting Bond wrong
