To be fair, he says that about almost any series.

Yep, my thought exactly. Kind of a sad testament to HBO, when you think about it. I mean, I'm really grateful for that final season but the fact that it took them ten weeks to comission that (instead of two days which is the case for most of their other shows) and leave both the writers and the fans hanging in…
Those Deadwood movies are coming. Promise. I mean, hey, they started having "conversations"…
The only reason the Golden Globes are worth watching anyway is because they usually hire the best hosts. Otherwise I don't take that show too seriously. I mean, they nominated Empire for Best Drama and The Martian is either a musical or a comedy to them - they really just don't give a fuck about qualitiy, rather than…
I honestly believe that there is more truth to that suggestion than HBO would like to admit.
Yep. That still stings.
Yeah? Hadn't heard that.
I don't know about that UFO. I guess I could talk myself into loving it. But then again, I'm not sure I want to. It appears to serve no narrative purpose and was just there to get the audience to say 'Wasn't that something?'.
"She said you called me a gas giant."
NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEERD!
Knowing he's quite the movie nerd, too, I wondered in that instance if NDT would love this. His appearence in the next scene was a delightful surprise.
A-Grade for me. Terrific finale to one of the best seasons of television I've seen.
I don't watch the show but having tortured myself through six season of Glee and the first two season of Nip/Tuck I can confidently say: Cohesion was never one of Ryan Murphy's strong suits. I know there are two other guys involved in this but I'm comfortable blaming him solely for this.
That picture. I know I should find this funny but it just makes me not want to watch it even more.
This show works just as well without Eddie Huang's voice over. He always sounded really bored and his constant public bitching about how far from reality this show was was really starting to get on my nerves.
I skipped season four almost entirely, just couldn't take it anymore. Just out of curiosity, I'm not even sure, yet if I'm gonna do it but is season five a clean swipe? Meaning, can I watched it without having seaoson four and having forgotten almost everything that happen in three? Because I really feel in no need to…
Remind me again which scene you are talking about? Because I must admit, I'm drawing a blank right now.
My, you're right, of course. And I was so certain about this when I wrote it. My apologies.
Overall a pretty solid list of winners. Too bad for Amy Poehler, though. As great as JLD is (and I do love her and her show) I really hoped for that goodbye Emmy for her. At least Hamm got his long overdue one - really didn't see that coming. I was expecting he'd pull a Martin Sheen here.
But Lewis won for the second season. Still, it was probably the best episode of the season.
