I'm not hating on tumblr porn - that would be hypocritical - but that came off as creepy coming from a watcher, Mr. Giles.

Nah, it's okay. Tatum and Kunis are wasted, but the rest of the cast is game. The action is pretty good, and the design elements are strong: vehicles, costumes, sets, all pretty neat. Don't sweat the small stuff, like script or story, and it's a pretty good time. Also, it helps to be really, really high.

Yeah, Artax was a heartbreaking loss. Bambi's mom doesn't really fit the category, though - she was anthropomorphic, more of a character than an animal companion.

I really, really like Barry Lyndon. It wasn't lambasted by critics or anything, but people tend to overlook it when talking about Kubrick.

It works, but it works better with a lot of bass. "Let's see— bass, bass. Tiny Tim, The Chipmunks' Greatest Hits, A Castrato Christmas."

There's a real off-putting uncanny valley thing going on with the hyper-realistic backgrounds and environments and the super-cartoony character design. Still, Pixar probably deserves the benefit of the doubt, right?

I swear I've seen something very similar to that "everyone takes a stab" scene in some other show or movie. Anyone have any ideas?

Agreed. I dig it. The one for The Searchers is beautiful.

As with most Apatow projects, I expect to remain cautiously optimistic until two hours into it and then I'll just want it to be over.

CITIZEN PENIS AM I DOING THIS RIGHT?!

Well, I'm happy about it. There are enough good episodes in an average season these days to justify its continued existence.

So don't. Nobody's twisting your arm, brother. I like it, and I wish the marathon came somewhere closer to me (although I'm also kinda relieved it didn't.)

There's no right and wrong here, kid. Don't want to marathon, don't marathon. I did the 16 hour series run for the Phase 1 movies and I had a blast.

I like Common, but I always find him distracting in movies or on shows. What's the opposite of disappearing into a role? It's like whenever he appears onscreen, he turns to the screen and says, "Hey, I'm Common and I'm about to do some acting," before he starts.

Check out a group out of New Orleans called Rory Danger and the Danger Dangers. "The World's Most Dangerous Museum" is my jam.

I think he looks eerily like John Teti.

"I'M A WHIRLPOOL OMNOMNOM!"

The best acknowledgment was earlier, when Homer starts blowing of work to sell sugar recovered from a truck accident.

I'm holding out hope that she turns out to have been adopted. It would work with her search for identity story and do away with the uncomfortable casting choice.

I like Randy. "Hey, you found Oopsie!"
