Hooplehead.

Since you like film podcasts, I'd recommend the Now Playing podcast which I enjoy quite a bit. Its not so much a "film news" podcast as one where the hosts review a movie (often from a long running series) a week leading up to a review of the new entry in the series.

As much as I love a good AV Club trashing, Buzzfeed might be the more apt metaphor. Or (let me tell you how to) thinkpieces in general. Dammit, if I wasn't such a self absorbed (albeit older) millennial, I might sacrifice myself to eliminate them all.

And knifed to death by Nordberg.

Ugh. The only variation of that I want to see is Zac Efron being ran over by a dump truck, without or without money in it.

The Naked Gun will probably be remade soon too, so there you go.

We disagree on the quality of the episode but you're right in that this comment crowd isn't the most erudite that I've seen. I'd expect empty platitudes in the Walking Dead comment sections but hope for a little more from an HBO drama watching crowd.

Matt's episode in the casino last year was my favorite of the season but I haven't been the biggest fan of what the writers have cooked up for him this year (mainly an episode that just repeats all the same beats).

Yes! Knock that strangely underwritten guy out of his tower and have the angry mob snuff out the goat sacrificer. They're just aching for some good death scenes as cannon fodder. (I could maybe stand to lose Eccleston too at this point.)

You got me curious about the nature of baby carrots. If wikipedia is to be believed, there's a distinction to be made between baby carrots (which are indeed small, immature carrots) and baby-cut carrots which are often marketed as baby carrots. Anyone else want to talk carrots?

They don't call him lindeldiff for nothing!

They're just paper thin to me. Not necessarily the actors' fault.

2 winning episodes in a row for me, after what, in my opinion, had been a shaky season.

One of my secret movie shames, is that I can't get into Leone movies. All the ingredients are there for me to love them, but man, sometimes a long take on someone's eyes is just a long take. I think Once Upon a Time in the West is a little more palatable to modern sensibilities.

Flesh and Bone for me. I'd like a side of sleazy stripper ballerinas with my turkey, stuffing, and Detroit Lions loss.

Con will advance you $5 against your first evening's fucking.
Don't do no dope with Leon.
Welcome to the Bella Union.

He coulda Biehn a contender.

I snark on Copley, but I actually enjoyed The A-Team for what it was.

I could forsee a lot of Blomkamp/Biehn straight-to-redbox movies taking off in the near future considering both their careers are finished. Sort of a shitty, bizzaro Scorsese/DiCaprio. Or do we already count Copley/Blomkamp as such a thing.

Michael's career is in the trash Biehn.
