i love radiohead as much as the next guy…
but 5 different versions of Bloom? come on.

pretty, pretty, prettaaaaay…
…uninspired poster.

as far as the song choice, i would guess not many. i absolutely loved that exact version of that song for a long time before this aired. and it's a fairly well known rendition. it wouldn't take me too long to come to it if that was the tone i was looking for.

"And now, Ladies and Gentlemen, the Sands Hotel proudly presents, the star of our show, direct from the bar, Dean Martin!"
so fucking good.

I don't like the Holder reveal for a lot of reasons. Mostly I don't like it because i would have rather the show actually had Belko kill Richmond (on screen) and make that a commentary on and acknowledgement of a season's worth of terrible detective work. it still wouldve sucked, but at least then, the show would be

and for next week:

i wonder if Tony's facial expression in that scene is designed to show any reaction to the fact that Sack is not only quoting Macbeth, but choosing the more obscure end of the famous "tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow" line. Or, were the writers so proud of how they used the line, the actors were instructed to not

"Creeps in this petty pace"
is this the episode where Johnny Sack quotes Macbeth in probably the least believable (yet, most awesome) moment in the history of the show?

haha, i love "so stupid above me" because, yeah, that shit above you is pretty stupid. lazy also comes to mind.

i defend the Doors to the death. not the greatest band of all time, but what a unique rock n' roll sound it was. mediocre jazz drummer, flamenco guitarist, classically trained pianist on organ, keyboard bass, and only Morrison's lounge singer stylings could make his poetry listenable.

you're certainly not the ONLY one…

not a good actor… blah blah blah… cast for his looks… blah blah blah… playing himself… blah blah blah… not enough happens… blah blah blah… needs more killings!… blah blah blah… not as good as it used to be… blah blah blah… dream sequences suck… blah blah blah… stupid gay storyline… blah blah blah…

Robert Iler
Thank you for giving some love to his performance.

i started to watch the one he linked to and it only took about .5 seconds to think, "man, the one on the bottom sucks ass."

@superdeformed

that's kinda where i'm leaning. i won't go so far as to say i think he did it, only because i'm trying to avoid doing that with this show. i am very surprised that the immediate cut to him wasn't mentioned in more reviews. i thought it was plenty obvious and is either meant to be something we look back on if he is

Stan's buddy
right after Linden commented about the killer having done it before and knowing what they were doing, they cut to Warren from Empire Records. so i guess add him to the suspect list, since we know he knows what he's doing, being as he and Stan have something of a criminal past and Warren has offered to

when i watched it live the first time it aired i definitely wondered if that was where it was headed. pretty standard foreshadowing technique. havent seen it in a while but i think the increased attention on Karen at other points in the episode also contributed.

it's so true.
