Justified doesn't have full episodes for free on Hulu, right? It's the same issue. If you miss an ep of Justified or it's replays and don't have DVR, the only way to legally watch it before the next week's ep is paying for it on iTunes.

I've always assumed they do that to try to get people to buy the episode on itunes. If you don't have DVR with your cable, and miss the replay, how else could you legally see an episode before the next one airs?

"Bastard stole my idea."

I saw this a half a dozen times when it came out and came to video but haven't really seen it since. I'll have to check it out again to refresh my memory, which is this:

"To me, it would seem difficult to admit that the sheer pile of accumulated clues don’t add up a pretty resounding One-Way sign pointing down into this character’s cul de sac into death’s maw."

in my fantasy version, Carrie thinks Brody was involved with the bombing and mercy-kills him out in the woods. in S3, she discovers he may not have been involved and deals with her guilt over killing him and goes completely nuts trying to figure out who did it.

Very cool. I'm not surprised. Thanks for that.

Alone in the White House is excellent. I've read a large number of Nixon biographies and I must say, the one that gave the most relatable and sympathetic view was, perhaps ironically, "Kennedy & Nixon" by Chris Matthews. Contrasting their lives/careers was an extremely effective way to make Nixon the underdog and put

I was kinda hoping this would be a feature length film version of Springsteen's intro to "The River" on the Live 75-85 album.

Alan Arkin? not Adam Arkin?

yeah, same with "Coffee's For Closers" and "Nobody Puts Baby in the Corner." Using famous movie lines for song titles is clever/weird/cheeky. My personal favorite is the AV Club Band's 10 minute epic, "The Bar Is Low In These Parts (Part 4)".
