Along the lines of Curb, I cast my vote for any intro short enough that isn't worth the effort to fast forward. Hannibal, Lost, Breaking Bad, and Community (the short version) come to mind.
There used to be an "alternate ending" to There Will Be Blood on youtube that was just the last five minutes of the movie followed by the Curb tuba over the credits. It was hilarious.
