Patrick is kind of a bad drunk. Makes him sloppy and even more careless with his words.

I am so glad this show is interested in creating full blown characters. (No pun intended, you pervs! HAHA!) I like that I may not like Patrick. I'm not sure yet, but I am enjoying getting to know everyone's good and bad sides.

Never heard of it! I will continue to avoid it, me thinks.

I get the feeling that is the kind of comedy that Hill is most comfortable with. I don't think its imposed on him at all.

I wish Cera would host a show!

I thought they nailed the inarticulate So Cal youth.

I see your point, but I do think in this scenario it was more about seeing how much he was drinking. Look at how Patrick was slamming that wine, and how intently the doctor was watching him do it. Combine that with the comments about being 'drug free' and the picture was pretty clear that he was playing games with

I agree to an extent, but even in Savages, would you call him a 'movie star'? Does he really stand out as someone you'd specifically pay to see in a movie?? I sure wouldn't.

Well, according to the 'behind the scenes' special running on HBO right now (could be Showtime) that follows the writing and recording of the songs, there are at least TWO members of Mumford who had a hand in writing the songs! I think their influence (if that's the word since they traffic in Americana songs as it is)

Ladykillers was HORRIBLE. Hudsucker Proxy was not good (though I love some of the parts, the whole was well beneath their talents). Intolerable Cruelty wasn't good (and saying it wasn't 'theirs' is a cop-out. They said they wanted to see if they could create a mainstream hit. They couldn't, and imo, shouldn't, because

Yes. Yes, I do.

I agree with you there.

Not to throw cold water on ANY character in this fantastic finale, but…..

I believe that 90 mins is the max for most modern comedies. I think the body just gets physically fatigued laughing for longer than that and things seem less funny, even if they aren't.

I agree, it was good, but not revelatory or as great as people seem to be reporting. I found not just the opening, but the ENTIRE film was cloning Scorsese. I found many parts plainly poorly written/fleshed out and the ending really poor.

Roger would have loved the vitality of the movie.

Its made clear that he's not beat BECAUSE he's gay, but because he's an inept thief. They make note of him being gay, but don't attack him for that singular reason. As a matter of fact, the guys who do abuse him laughably go out of their way to point out they're not beating him because he's gay…but its still an ugly

Another perfect example!

Oh, and The Gov kills Hershel at the first opportunity and not Michonne. Um, yeah, right….(another EYE ROLL.)

(insert sarcasm mode)
