That's a big reason why I don't watch CBS otherwise; it reeks of mediocrity and hewing as close to the middle of the road at all times. But that's why the network is a hit with 65+ age viewers.

Crossed with James Franco.

Really?! Wow, they didn't see his choices as being improvements? How sad for them.

And, it looks like Doodee got a job with Phil and won't be the misery she was in the book (maybe?)

Me too!

Regarding Pete, I think its likely we won't see less of him. Consider Peggy when she first left the firm. We saw and still do see plenty of her and she was supposed to be at an entirely different company. They find plenty of ways to get us in rooms with Pete.

Except that Jerry isn't the lead on P&R.

She's had almost NO historical education about her dad's life. I would say that it would at the very minimum start to change how she looks at him in some way.

Its certainly felt like some kind of 'hand off' in a way, didn't it?

Where in the hell was he going to go in that car anyway?!

C'mon, at this point Peggy just HAS to learn that looking for love in this pool of men is fruitless. Even the secretaries who marry their bosses end up miserable. Why should she expect different?

Did you expect ALL of that in one episode? It was only the first initial steps of him (maybe) getting clean and honest.

I just loved that moment. There was something so refreshing about a parent calling their kid 'spastic' rather than someone else. I don't know why, but it was.

I cackled at 'Not good, Bob!!' from Pete.

Co-signed!!

Jeff, that is goddamn hilarious! Thanks!!

Your friends are DICKS. Just sayin'.

Watchmen isn't Pixar.

I think they could do that story in a short subject. The movie just came as close as a Pixar movie comes to perfection, imo, and I just can't see benefit to doing another that won't affect that.

Yes, money = quality. Quoted from the Book of Bay.
