It seems like once a decade a sitcom like Roseanne or The Middle will come along and have the guts to suggest the lives of average people can be entertaining and interesting, but dramas (even the ones that aren't about crime-solving, magical islands or motorcycle gangs) don't seem willing to

He ruined that show, he ruined Batman, he ruined the Attack of the Killer Tomatoes franchise… His reign of pop culture destruction simply won't end.

I really liked the moment where the guest star doesn't know how to use the phone. A lot of this show's best scenes aren't quotable. They're just odd.
