Huh, I thought this was supposed to be like a Sundance darling.

That would definitely strengthen the Veronica Mars/Pushing Daisies comparisons.

It does take place in 2015 though. Or maybe 2014, that's when it was filmed. But the main kids are just really into early 90s hip hop, plus 90s fashion is in now anway.

Technically westside to NoHo, but yeah. It's pretty shitty, but better than the other way around!

So is Liv.

I thought I was just bad at lighters. What a weight off my shoulders!

Little of column A, little of column B.

It's not a name, it's an appliance!

I'm probably going to end up seeing it for work as well (one of the few perks of my terrible job), but if it ends up only being at the Landmark, I'd be down. I think it's playing at AMC theaters though, and the Burbank ones are close to work.

Not in Chicago, but I got to read this script for work and it was really great. I'm excited to see the movie when it comes out next Friday.

I've gotten carded at the movies recently and I'm 25. I never got carded when I was a teenager, and I was young looking too.

Ugh, alt rock stations still do that with rap. Macklemore got play with "Thrift Shop" and "Same Love" too. They were also playing Tove Lo for a while, which was confusing. I like her, but she's definitely just pop.

Someone gave that movie to me for my birthday. I was 6. I understood a lot more jokes on my repeat viewings over the years.

Former film student as well. I had to watch Julien Donkey-Boy in my Art of the Cinema class, and what a piece of shit that was. Worst part is, all my friends ditched that day and didn't tell me, so I had no one to commiserate with.

Sigh… Mine was Christina Aguilera's debut album.

Is that even allowed?

To be fair, Gavin calls him Bag Head.

Who reads reviews and comments while still watching the episode?

You know Roose is a rapist too, right?

First of all, no book talk.
