None of those characters have necessarily great designs, but the retouched versions look downright creepy. Mostly because their heads look really tiny on those flabby bodies.

I think The Mandarin ended up as Ben Kingsley because the Chinese sunk some good money into IM3 (they even had some extended scenes shot specifically for Chinese audiences). But yeah, that casting decision basically made the movie.
