This show reminds me of "Bakersfield P.D.". Not that that's a bad thing. It was a Fox show from the 1990s starring Giancarlo Esposito. Anyone remember it?

My partner and I both said we can't stand Orlando Jones in this role. Can't explain it, but something's just WRONG.

I don't remember any favorite going-away-to-college memories, because it was so long ago (we carried stone tablets instead of books, and rode dinosaurs to class). Or maybe that was an episode of "The Flintstones".

I don't remember singing or dancing, but I didn't get through the sole episode I watched. Along with "Family Dog" and "Capital Critters", it was another network's attempt to replicate "The Simpsons".

It happened. The show was "Fish Police".

The White family knife fight gave me post traumatic stress flashbacks to my parents arguments (though there was never any cutlery involved and I never called the police). RJ Mitte was excellent: blocking Walt and calmly calling 911.

Low Winter Sun: come for the mixed-up plots, stay for the ruin porn.

And they didn't take him to the hospital because he was shot in a blind pig robbery? I would think a mysterious gunshot injury is not unusual in a Detroit hospital.

You mean you could write "Bart's Comic" (twice, it appears), and never get tired of it.

I remember reading in Rolling Stone at the time (1979/1980) that the Staples covered "Slippery People" on their lastest album, but I never heard it. I think it was done because the Heads covered Al Green's "Take Me to the River" and Byrne thought an R&B act should cover one of their songs. Surprised this wasn't a

Heard Pops's "Peace in the Neighborhood" cd is very good.

Can't forget Otis.

Try this version of "Satisfaction".

You can tell that this show is bad, because the comments section length is only 1 page.

Her boyfriend grabs her boobs? She should start grabbing his dick any time he passes by, then maybe he'd get the message.

Low Summer Ratings.

Arghhhh! AMC repeats the show on Monday morning. It's even worse to watch by daylight (I lasted 5 minutes).

Thanks for the explanation.

In the scene when they were walking to Brendan's funeral, I noticed the old train station in the background. The reason they weren't shown walking into a church, (or why there was no church in the background) is because there is no church in that area. They just shot that scene to use the train station as backdrop.
