But, ah, you see, ah, Jurassic Park was shot in 2D for a reason. When the studios got into this 3D conversion business they were so preoccupied with whether or not they could that they didn't stop to think if they should.

I am perpetually amused that two of the credited writers on Jurassic Park III are Alexander Payne and Jim Taylor. (And that the third writer's only other credits are Eragon and the Steven Soderbergh's Che)
For a less classical interpretation (read: I haven't read King Lear yet), I think Anna and Los Perdidos act as a nice counterpoint (and a sort of inverse) of the Geoffrey/Charles story.
The fact that there are at least three Transformers movies and only one Buckaroo Bonzai convinces me the World Crime League won that particular fight.
Underlining is so pedestrian.
Excellent point, and very, very true.
He left behind an unbelievable body of work. Even if the movies weren't very good, Harryhausen's contribution was always a bright spot.

THAT'S WHAT BREAKAGE FEES ARE FOR!
I'M NOT A CHARITY CASE!
I'll miss the Bat-recaps ("Re-bats"?); it's always a treat to remember a great (or sometimes bad) Batman cartoon at the start of the week, but at least I can rest assured there's still more DCAU on the way.
What do you call a pontiff who defies the laws of gravity?

Venture Brothers is on another level entirely, and there are times I suspect it's one of the best-written shows on television. (Especially considering its handling of long-term continuity)
Don't go changing to try and please me.
For that matter, how is Abed extending Chang an invitation to get yoghurt all that different than Jeff sitting down to eat with Chang earlier in the season and extending him the opportunity to reinvent himself? I mean, it's not like the group has been slowly making an effort over the course of the season to include…
Yeah… the prequels have a lot of problems (Obvious Statement Is Obvious), but Darth Maul is not one of them. Come on, Abed, you know the double-edge lightsaber is cool as hell.
But you got a free topping with it!
I give it two "mehs" up!
I completely agree, I was just speculating in more general terms.
