Random letter arrived in the mail containing $5. I filled out a little questionnaire and they sent me a larger letter with $20 and a diary that I was supposed to keep for a week and then mail back. They called me a couple times also.
When I was a Neilsen "family", they asked that you report the shows you recorded on a DVR and watched later in the time slot of their original airing. I don't know how that would be affected by repeat viewings, but they definitely count it toward the initial broadcast ratings they give a show.

I'm inclined to agree with @avclub-a4daa5e1560dfd8a5c57a60a4690ea16:disqus here (that is a weird sentence). As someone who works in epidemiology, I decided to look at this claim this morning. Milk generally has non-significant associations with most cancer (though interestingly may reduce the risk of colon cancer)…
There's still a big ongoing effort to revive the Basque language also, which is somewhat of an approximation as well after being almost wiped out by (James) Franco.
Hey now, drinking milk is actually pretty good for you. Unless you are chugging cream or something. I think it is undeserving of being lumped into the unhealthy food category.
I'm from the Midwest but have never seen any of these stands. What state do you mean?
One of my favorite foods when I lived in Korea (that I'll admit freaked me out at first) was the 'saeng nakji' which you could order at the outdoor street soju places. Basically it was fresh octopus that was taken right out of a water tank in front of you and chopped up. When you eat it the tentacles are still…
The thing that always bugs me about Bizarre Foods is that he just consistently loves everything he eats. You can practically see him salivating on camera. The only time I've ever seen him dislike something was in the Mongolia episode, where he couldn't do all of the fermented cheese products.
I'm just interested in finding out how many things he can describe as "nutty", "woodsy", and "smoky".
Definitely agree with you here. 2010 had so many great albums that even the decent stuff out this year seems pale by comparison.
I agree with you Archmage imposter in that the music at his parties probably sucks.
Yeah, that sax solo is pretty good. Girl, you be trippin.
And when you DO get back, all of your settlers have died of dysentery.
I thought that the danger of the colder parts of the world was that the freeze/thaw cycle would mean that they could keep coming back year after year, even after you thought you had gotten rid of them. Also, in a dry climate they could mummify maybe?
They are actually socialist zombies. It's an easy mistake to make; these zombies have a national health care system.
The Community episode "Epidemiology" had a happy ending!
I guess I kind of left myself open there.
Yeah, but who's the sucker who only gets a 6"?
