Oddly my favorite episodes of "Fraggle Rock" were the scariest ones, like the one with the Terrible Tunnel or the one with the Evil Genie.  It probably helps that both episodes have two of the most memorable songs and set-pieces of the entire show.

The one good "Sex And The City" episode I stand by is the one that features abortion.  Carrie starts getting serious enough with Aiden that she ponders telling him about the abortion she had when she was younger.  During this time we find out Samantha has had two, and Miranda has had one.  They try to brush it off

"What Lies Beneath" had me until the ending.  Before that, there were some decent red herrings and tension.  Then the ending came along and I was like "…Wait, what?".
