"These are all things that are happening in the world!"

That was the only really good scene. The rest was fine, but bland as fuck.

Was that last season? Or was it the one before? I can't remember a single person in it. Well, now that you said MC Hammer I remember cringing when a guy tried to bust some rhymes. What was his name? Jumanji or something?

She's a home wrecker and he's a cheating bastard. It's fine.

Oh god, that dude.

What? Everybody was reacting to current results while they were still cooking/plating, how and why would you stage that?

Remember that time everybody fucked up so badly they didn't even know who to send home? Or was that the first season?

It was something like "my season was most memorable for me losing", which is even worse than "I should have won."

Could work with just the judges, but with the 50 people thay had voting it would get confusing.

I think next episode they'll be put in mixed teams for the quickfire.

Networks sometimes show the finale preview to a show before the second-to-last episode even aired. I get the feeling people who work on TV sometimes don't understand how TV works.

She should get some tattoos.

Yes, it came to Conceptual error Vs. Inconsistent execution Vs. Bland and they chose conceptual error.

He's been pretty chill. I think he's old and tired.

Next episode is the mise-en-place race and I think they are pairing them in mixed groups. Everybody is fucked.

I mentioned it above, but Blais seemed to seriously believe the only sactisfactory arc for the All-Stars season would be him winning. He couldn't even conceive of people rooting for other contestants.

Family stuff went a long way to make Mike tolerable, I think. Him getting visibly emotional talking about his grandma, finding out he and Antonia are related (even though that didn't stop him from being kind of an asshole to her) etc.

Remember Blais having the power to choose a handicap for Mike and choosing the one that would obviously give him the least trouble (one-pot meal)? I member.

I still remember an episode where he said he *had* to win All-Stars or otherwise the season wouldn't be sactisfactory, because he didn't win season 4. As opposed to all the other chefs there, who… won their seasons?

As I said, it was a narrative intended to help the robots defeat the humans, but they were eventually going to get self-aware regardless; it had happened before. Ford made so that they not only gained conciousness, but were in a position of power when it happened. That's what season 1 was about.
