As much as I love Muse, I will admit that they are Queen knockoffs. Good Queen knockoffs though.

BUT THE MASTERS NEEDS GOOD SONGS. IT IS A TRADITION UNLIKE ANY OTHER.

Well, the contestants sure didn't want to be the show's monkey wrench.

Who is Dolly Parton?

This song is pretty droll and doesn't really get anyone in the mood for competition.

As dumb as Drowning Pool is, you have to admire their tenacity to run along with this.

Now why in the hell would Local H's Bound For the Floor be on that list? Some people are just too sensitive.

Dream Theater's live album where they played all of Scenes From a Memory in New York had an image of the NYC skyline on fire….and it was released precisely on 9/11. I saw an unopened album of that with the original cover at a record store a few years ago for $200. I bet it's going for even more on the online auction

What inspires the selection of individual episodes for the Emmys anyway? It's as though they are telling the people behind these shows that they only need to care about one episode. It would be better if these shows were judged based on the entire season of work than just one episode.

Any chance they've got spice out there?

The original Filmation Ghost Busters was more of a less-intense Krofft show. It wasn't as loopy as the Krofft stuff and was extremely cheesy. It's pretty much fallen into the kitsch bin of history.

It does have some ideas but it seemed kind of rushed. Movies like this remind you that if you want to make a sequel, you can't just assume everyone will love it because it's more time with characters you like.

It's kind of interesting how Lorenzo Music played the voice of a character Bill Murray played and then a few years later it went the other way around with those two Garfield movies. (although Bill Murray has admittedly regretted this)

Fun fact: Jeb spent about $30 million to get ONE delegate. It's not as bad as Rudy Guliani getting $50 million for his single delegate but still.

The Zimbabwe dollar experienced prices doubling every day near the end of its run. It's extremely difficult when they start making multi-trillion dollar bills and they aren't worth anything. Today you can use the US dollar, Euro, British pound or South Africa rand in that country among many others.

You know what they should do for the MLB All-Star Game? Instead of having the game decide who wins home field advantage in the World Series, it should be used to determine something different. If the AL wins, they can use the DH next season. If the NL wins, the DH is outlawed next season.

Neil Hamburger has opened for Tool and Faith No More in the past. I bet those shows must have been rather odd but given the two groups' sense of humor, it's not surprising that they would have him on board to tell slanderous jokes about celebrities.

Also, while D-Sides is a B-side album, it is technically arranged to where it could be a fourth album. There are plenty of good songs on that one too.

I saw one in the bathroom at a Krispy Kreme in Raleigh not long ago. Apparently the bathroom is a popular hangout for hardcore Christians.

I get that, but nowadays remakes are more common than they were in the past. And the remakes don't really come up with many unique concepts or ideas to differentiate themselves from the original. There are occasional exceptions like with the True Grit remake from a few years ago; the Coens at least went with their own
