They could hire Jenny McCarthy to play the voice of the Monopoly Cat too. Rob Schneider would love that choice.
I'm not sure if the badgering was a problem but you are dead on about the people laughing at the stuff and not taking in the satirical nature of the show's work. Dave didn't want to reinforce stereotypes but laugh about how dumb they were. When it gets to where the fans take it for truth, the message is lost.
I'm pretty sure it cost lots of money to gather a dead deer body and cut it apart and have Tom Green wear it.
I still insist that Freddy Got Fingered is an expensive dadaist art piece and not a proper movie. The fact that it got made and is still treated as a movie is impressive.
It's only a feeling you know.
What is it about massive beards that make them so big among rockers these days? Doug Martsch seems to have the best one although Jim James and Patrick Stickles are trying to compete.
Now THIS is inane!
You have to listen to the Saved By the Bell Reviewed podcast to make it work. From the guy who brought you Full House Reviewed!
That's the problem with lots of cable networks. They air lots of original programs but they seem to have forgotten where they came from.
I still blame the Chappelle's Show fans for what caused the show to end so soon and how CC went into a huge tailspin for a few years after that. Dave Chappelle had a vision for his show but it seemed like the fans didn't understand it and were more interested in trying to create memes and catchphrases. They didn't get…
That was from the time when CC desperately tried to find the next Dave Chappelle. It's best to not talk about it.
As bad as some of Sugar Ray's songs are, their first album is actually kind of worse. I guess mellowing out was the best thing they could do?
No talk about Smash Mouth is truly complete with talking about Neil Cicierga and Lemon Demon's All Star mashups.
The big thing here is that people were not prepared to see Jim Carrey in a role as dark as this. It is as though some actors are too afraid to be diverse in their work because they fear that they might not be accepted for doing things that people don't expect them to do. I am willing to bet that Adam Sandler isn't…
I've always wondered if Dan Whitney has gotten to where he's literally become the Larry the Cable Guy persona that he created or if he's aware of the fact that it's just a character.
"I'm not getting paid enough for this."
I didn't notice that a guy did the voice of the turtle. Still a pretty good impression.
Wander still looks adorable even when his skin (hair? fur?) turns yellow and spotty. I like the off-beat musical cues matching up with him being sick too.
That might be a little too adventurous for a porn parody.
