I don't like Spacey very much at all so far, his accent is kind of silly and the performance has been pretty campy and over the top. His often ridiculous dialogue and fourth wall breaking are definitely big setbacks to his character though, so it's not entirely Spacey's fault.

What Lynch films are you referring to exactly? Hotel Room? That's the only thing I can think of that isn't easily available in the US. Admittedly, last year's Horror Fiction was kind of a letdown. A solid episode, but it felt kind of repetitive and unnecessary, and was nowhere near as funny as the previous Halloween episodes.
