More of this please!

Louie.

…And I love it!

Everything about this was was reasonable and measured until you whipped out your "overrated show pony" comment. That was uncalled for, and now, you're dead to me…

I'm really looking forward to this one…

I'm optimistic…I have to be, this season is one of the reasons I added television to my internet. I'll finally be able to watch the season in progress instead of waiting a year.

I liked this episode, and it's fine viewing, but I thought it was a touch too loose and maybe the sloppiest of everything so far.

I have fallen in love with this show….

A lot of shade being thrown here…

Not surprising that most of these are Tarantino movies.

Just finished ep 2. I don't know about the other influences, but there's a lot of 1970's Norman Lear going on in it…

All I see is an industry where sales are down…how many consecutive years is that?

Thanks, I'll look for it.

Not since Volume 1 of Clive Barker's Books of Blood in the early 90's that is…

I'm reading Songs of a Dead Dreamer and Grimscribe by Thomas Ligotti because it appeared on some end of year lists and I'm tired of the fact that Stephen King is the only modern horror writer I'm familiar with…

Okay…name more than three and, no documentaries…

I'm conflicted…this is the time and place of my childhood and not enough stories are told about that era…but I cringe at it being soaked in Luhrmann…

"Rubble Kings", a documentary about NYC, specifically the Bronx, is proof that "The Warriors" is not as far fetched as it seems. As a bonus, it's an excellent examination of the roots of hip-hop. (if you care about such things.) Probably my favorite movie of the year.

Waren Beatty…or Pat Smear…

"Love is Stronger Than Death" is one of my favorites. Hell, I don't think there's a bad song anywhere in his body of work.
