Given the lingering shot of Jesse in front of his fellow preacher's aquarium, with the treasure chest bubbler—to say nothing of what he actually did to the Saint—I'm pretty sure we're going to get the guts of the L'Angell story, if not every single story beat verbatim from the books.

Arya turning north got a genuine fist pump out of me. 'Course, she's not gonna see her brother, because he's going to Dragonstone, but still!

The Prestige. NEXT QUESTION.

The thing I most appreciated about the Hound's scenes, other than the nod to the Quiet Isle scene in AFFC, was that it seems to correspond to the insane anti-logic of R'hllor.

These are all valid criticisms of the series as a whole, but not of this episode in particular.

"Of those vying for the crown, the only one who seems to be having any fun is Stannis Baratheon"

I don't disagree with you, it made more sense on the show. I was simply pointing out that this isn't the first time the showrunners have pulled this particular switch.

This isn't the first consensual sexual encounter from the books presented as a rape. Hell, there was one in the pilot episode between Drogo and Dany.

I'LL NEVER TELL
