"Starting" to be caricatures?  I'm having a hard time bringing myself to watch this show just because it had a great first season.  I really want to keep liking it, but I just can't do it.

This tenants thing came up in another article recently, didn't it?  AVC editors, to the dictionary!

What was the first bit of bad news?

This movie is hilarious.  I consider it to be a pitch black satire of the superhero genre.  It's like Miike is saying that this is what it would be like if Batman was real.  Or something like that.

For just a second?  YEAH WOW!  All those "L"'s and then a "wow".  What an incredibly annoying way you have of communicating!  What is it about NYC that scares you so much?  Are you so unfamiliar with the hard statistical reality that you prefer to pose questions as though they were ludicrous, and then react stupidly

It's up your ass.

Why do you say that?  Because they don't like it?  I don't see anyone saying that people who like the show are stupid etc.

I think you take the reviews and comments too seriously if they are making you ashamed.  Clearly you have a different opinion, so that's perfectly fine.

As one New Yorker to (presumably) another, enough with the NY is so badass attitude.  What you say is manifestly untrue.  NYC these days is perhaps safer than it's ever been.  This attitude is a holdover from the 70's, when you actually had to watch your ass.

Actually, I thought that line was a bit past the line in meanspritedness.

This might sound like a big nit pick, but the way they ended the cold open with Hart was shot poorly.  Yes, we got to see Ty's reaction shot to his faux pas, but not seeing Kevin's reaction but hearing his laughter, this was not the right choice.  Something I've noticed is that laughter within a comedy is itself a

This fact is not nearly as fun as I was hoping.

Hyden should have tried to play his game.  "What is your spirit animal?" "If you could record an album on any planet in any star system, which one would you choose?"  "Have you ever performed for animals?"  Whoever calls bullshit first, loses.

You should be more confident, IDIOT.

Personally, I find it refreshing the the comments are actually discussing (in great detail!) the appearance of a man.  Usually, when a woman does an interview with AVC, half the comments are about her bangability.  So, interesting change of pace.

I liked it.

A bit late to reply, but…

Totally terrible and unfortunately ignorant advice from Afghamistam for anyone with clinical depression.  And that's before the suggestion to "walk into the sea."  WTF dude, think before you speak/type.

Remember that these interviews are part of their careers, not just casual conversations with buddies.  It would be like trying to "keep it real" on your resume.  To be able to afford honesty, you either have to be pure bank, or have no bridges left to burn in the first place (e.g. Bronson Pinchot).

Gotta agree with PH here.  MTT, you're doing the classic straw man thing.  There are many ways that 9/11 can be said to have political dimensions, even if one might not draw the same conclusions as Messrs Zucker and Miller.  In other words, you have engaged in a bit of hyperbole.
