Yeah, that's pretty much my experience, but I've dropped a bunch more times than that.  My understanding is that it is possible to see "things," but that's pretty rare.  More often, you see distortions in color, texture and patterns.  Things like Roger hearing Tchaikovsky every time he opens a bottle of vodka…I could

Agree on most parts, but I thought the trip was a bit unrealistic.  The problem is that the effects depicted hallucination as a relatively coherent experience where you just see different and unlikely things, like Don Draper talking to him in the living room.  The hallucinations of actual trips are probably impossible

Interesting points, although one thing I disagree on is that they should jump a few years.  That would mean casting some tyke as Raylan's kid, and I just can't see that working.

Sadlyno, my point about Raylan's lack of guilt is merely to compare the two situations (Winona's theft and Raylan's alleged murder).  Winona didn't tell him anything, either, until she had to ask him to bail her out.  Even then, she wasn't immediately honest about how much she took, again, until forced by the

Fair enough.  You made some good points; I had forgotten entirely about how she had cajoled Art and the others to save Raylan at the end of season 2, which was pretty damn important.  I guess I turned hard against her back when she stole that money, and it bugged me a lot this season when she was ready to cut him off

You guys (DTrainExpress and Sadlyno) are obviously entitled to your opinions.  I don't see the need for the rudeness, but then again, this is the internet, so you don't have to be nice to people who you can't see you.  However, were it otherwise, I would enjoy debating the merits of the character of Winona, strong

Strong feelings!

What else would I ask her to do?  How about basically not telling him to not contact her again, afterwards.  When she's carrying his baby.  It's not like he left her when she STOLE that money out of pure selfish and stupid impulse.  How about a little reciprocity?

Because the sun hasn't made any (amusingly) ridiculous statements and threats towards heads of state…lately.

Kind of refreshing to have someone comment on the looks of Stephen Tobolowski instead of whatever female human crosses the path of the camera lens.

In case Mr. Yost is deigning to read the comments:

No wonder I've never had this problem!

Earlier Orb albums (through Orblivion) were some of the best 90's electronica that had nothing to do with Richard D. James.  Then, for some reason, Alex Patterson decided to fit his soundscapes into 3-4 minute pop song structures, and that did not go well at all.

Get off all lawns!

I'm going to say you were completely in the right.

Jere Burns: Ultimate early 90's douchebag, repurposed for awesome creepiness in 2010 onwards.

Chekhov's ear?  Was it shot off by Chekhov's gun, or are we talking about the Wrath of Khan?  Speaking of which, I'm a little disappointed how offhandedly they resolved the fate of the gun that killed Gary.

I agree that it would be surprising if they ended it so soon.  I'm just pointing out the possibilities.  I could see them going this direction when they are ready to bring the show to a close.  Oh yeah, we were talking about next season.  Yeah, Limehouse vs. Boyd seems like a fruitful direction, although I bet that

I agree that last season was better, but that's a high bar.  This season was certainly better than the first, which occasionally failed to distinguish itself from a more commonplace police procedural.  A big part of season two's greatness was Margo Martindale.  As for this finale, I think it helped to elevate the rest

If they want to end it next season, I could see the seeds of an arc where Ava goes too far, and Raylan is forced to put her down.  There is no way that this series will not end with a showdown between Raylan and Boyd, like the first episode, and considering that the first standoff was because Boyd was (kinda) gunning
