I know what you mean, but ultimately I disagree. On one hand, it could have been very satisfying, but it's also satisfying to zig when zagging is expected.

I think you really nailed it on those last two sentences. I hadn't considered that till you said it, but it is obviously true.
I didn't see that anywhere, but I'll assume that you know what you're talking about.
I voted, but I doubt multiple times will help. It would be pretty trivial for them to prevent that, unless you fancy yourself a javascript hacker.
He's reminding me here of Barton Fink at the beginning of the movie of the same name. Man, there must be a better way to phrase that which I just wrote. I'm not good at reflexive sentences, obviously.
Since you're the Shrike, how do I know you didn't just go back in time to watch the original run once you heard that Obama was a big fan? I'm not sure, but I don't think that would count. Can we get a ruling on time travel?
I'd also like to see people admit that they just don't "get" certain things. Admittedly, it can be hard to perceive when this is the case. My own yardstick is that if know why I'm SUPPOSED to like it but I still don't, then I can safely say that I get it and think it sucks. Even then, I can be wrong. But nobody…
I really love archaic terms like "towheaded."
Raylan may not have been trying to kill Dickie, but he clearly wanted to provoke him into taking aim at him. You don't call someone a "coward" when you're trying to talk him into putting down his gun. Raylan actually sheathed his gun while Dickie still had a gun in his hand! He definitely meant what he said, and…
Great episode, but it would have been slightly but noticeably better if they had left out the fireball catapult barrage.
I disagree with the suggestion to start with GotA.
I believe that it means he shat into mouths.
"…and that, my son, is why all decent folk sign their names in courier font."
A possible interpretation is that he was just kidding, or maybe just pretending because he was a little embarrassed. I'm not sure if I believe that, but it seemed a tiny bit ambiguous to me.
With this much suspenseful action and developments executed so well, with no obvious missteps, I feel that B+ is a little low. I don't mean to quibble over grades so much as say that I thought this episode really delivered. The season so far has felt like a long build-up, and this episode gives me hope that there…
Three awfuls from Toasterlad? It sounds like you were expecting something very different.
Basing this entirely on their first album…I'm not sure if they're not that great, or if I'm "not getting it." It could be the latter, because honestly I'm not sure what the appeal is. Whenever I'm not sure why I'm supposed to like something, I leave open the possibility that I'm not getting it.
Channing was also great in the terrific B movie Fighting.
It may be cliche, but the only time I recall getting nauseated by video was during 2 girls 1 cup. I couldn't complete the clip and have absolutely no desire to fix that.
Like any decent human being, I generally despise web pages that automatically play music, but I'd gladly make an exception for this.
