Ugh, yes. The ridiculous crime gang bullshit should have been wrapped episodes ago, I was yawning during the "turf" discussions and that Irish shit. And the idea that Jax had to follow through and murder MORE Asians to ensure that the lie seemed plausible was pretty stupid too.

I think he kicked the side of a car in anger last episode.

Bon Scott and Cliff Burton: possibly the two guys who missed out the most when they died young. Plus they both performed on albums that were far, far superior to what came after.

Helpful Zombie Bubbs?

One of my top ten all-time for sure. "I'm a surfer!!!!"

Yeah, he did a great job this week, he doesn't oversell it.

Well, this is SOA so you have to overlook the fact that the car crash in question would have initiated a huge police response immediately and would result in Jax being thrown in jail. But hey, it's Charming, so you know.

She can stamp my documents any time she wants I'll tell you what.

I can't agree more. The last five or six episodes were just nothing leading nowhere.

Too bad the whole season wasn't like this. That silly 70s crime drama homage car chase and the usual cop ineptitude aside, best SOA episode in a while. No annoying
time-wasting filler, just the central story finally playing out. All those extended episodes seem like even more of a waste of time now. If SOA had

All the weight is in front, thus it lands directly on its nose and windshield.

Meh. Not completely terrible but definitely the weakest drug hallucination scenes of the series.D+ episode.

It wasn't obvious at the time but after Cliff died they lost the menacing undercurrent he brought to the table. $5.98 was great material, excellent song choices. Justice seemed great at the time but in retrospect it was just too clinical and by-the-numbers.

Metallica wasn't the first band I'd ever loved, but they were the first band that ever "broke big" that felt like "mine". I was seventeen years old when I was cajoled by their then-manager into buying their demo tape and for the rest of the 1980s they reigned supreme, they could do no wrong in my eyes. Losing Cliff

"Yep, just about ready to finalize BUYING MY FARM."

"All clear! Except for the basement! NO ONE ever hides in basements!"

They don't even investigate MURDERS in Charming. CPS probably consists of one overworked and beleaguered woman…with history with SAMCRO, no less.

Based on the last few scenes it looks like we might finally be approaching the Fireworks Factory! The rest of it was somewhat dull though, not sure why I'm supposed to care about Marx or the AB or Chibs' relationship issues. Here's hoping that watching Gemma crash and burn is worth the wait.

This was odd, played like a "Treehouse of Horror" episode IMO. Not awful, not great, it'd probably rank somewhere in the 300's or so. I guess.

Agree, although that's certainly nothing new. Less frantic plate-spinning than SOA, more believable characters and premises…yeah, definitely better.
