Neighbors was surprisingly funny, but it was really Byrne who made me love the movie.

Republic City is like spirit vine central (besides the Swamp) so I like that she can key into that connectedness in a dimmer, vague way when not touching an actual vine.
One of my personal favourite aspects of Futurama is how they eventually discover and mine the selfish and totally bonkers hilarity that is just below Leela's surface too, despite her being the straight cyclops.
I have a hard time actively choosing to rewatch this episode because of how hackneyed the sitcom plot is, but whenever I find it on I can enjoy it for those extra things.
You can't find earth kingdom reeducation camps in the sky! You have to look underground!
Oh man, if they had a maudlin reimagined version of Love Will Keep Us Together playing over the credits that somehow thematically tied into the movie perfectly like
Sokka and I are so similar personality-wise (we even look the same) so when I was introduced to this show he had such a dramatic effect on me, particularly because he was a hero too after the first half of the first season. Seeing him really helped me through some self esteem issues I had at the time, as silly as that…
I still have imagination boners from this Nuktuk scene: http://31.media.tumblr.com/…
I wonder if the show will get that dark.
I knew we shouldn't have asked Kyoshi.
Huan went up so much in my esteem for liking Ikki's work. That was the opposite reaction I was expecting from him.
It's time for Meelo's charm bomb to explode
I definitely think they'd be on even footing because Korra is just as much of a prodigy. However, if there was a significant amount of water nearby, I don't think Kuvira would have a chance against Korra.
She does strike me as a pegger
That would be awesome. I have a mighty need to see the Fire Nation in this age. Random sages in season 2 does not count, Bryke!
Ugh, it's so obvious. People have been assuming Kuvira would attack Republic City, which I think will happen too, but I couldn't quite figure out a motive beyond "take back Earth Kingdom land that actually hasn't been ours in 170 years," but that coupled with needing the vines for her weapon makes so much more sense.…
Her actual fighting style is like the Dai Li, but her fighting cadence is like a waterbender/airbender. The way she dodges attacks uses her opponents energy against them.
What if Korra pulls a Buffy and makes all the potential Avatars become Avatars!
I know I am super late to the discussion this week, but I just have to point out that when Bolin lavabent those two mechas, I thought he straight up murdered the people operating them. When the two redshirts hopped out to run away, I was completely shocked to see they were still alive.
But they're just learning new trades at the reeducation camps!
