Unalaq had few to no real, human motivations from what we saw in season 2, and now he makes so much more…

Oliver's criticism might be a byproduct of listening to this on computer speakers. I thought he sounded weirdly flat when I first saw this episode too, but then when I watched it again using my home sound system, there is so much more character in his voice, while still being "calm, wooden, stoic."

I would absolutely climb both these mountains (only if the GoT mountain reference is the 4th season Mountain).

It is a wonderful film, both because it's a breathe of fresh air when it comes to the portrayal of gay characters in cinema, but also because as this review notes the film really understands itself and its tone in a way that makes it surprisingly funny and cogent despite how madcap it is.
