*SPOILER*

*SPOILER*

I think I was scaroused of Azula starting with this first scene. So terrifying!

I have a confession to make
Knowing this review was coming up I decided to rewatch "The Cave of Two Lovers" for the first time. I have seen every other episode (except "The Great Divide") several times over, but for some reason I had written off this one.

I completely agree. Do yourself a favor and read it. Superb art and quite a great storyline.

@ Feigenbaum

Like for instance, *SPOILER* the series finale of season 2!

I think you just made my point though, one galaxy over is lazy, but if you actually name a galaxy it's a geekier joke since there is a rhyme and reason to what they did. And I get the local group thing, but I do think there is another level of the joke that has to do with buying "local" but travelling to do so.

Right, but even if you interpret it that way (which I think is right, I was dumb when I first watched it) it's still lazy to put one galaxy over instead of just naming the galaxy. The joke is about relative distance, we don't need that pointed out so explicitly.

They can't be shackled by the outdated facade of professionalism. They are artists and they must wear their uniqueness on their sleeve (and pants, skirts, v necks and odd accesories)! One must never look like one tries when one is an artist; talent skill must seem innate or else you are a fraud!!!

Did it bother anyone else
That Anthony Ryan didn't give any reasoning as to why he wanted Laura to be named the winner? When Heidi asked him who should win, he just said something like, "Well, I told Laura that I would say I want her to win." And then there was an extremely pregnant pause when he should have said why

My point is that they could have put any galaxy name there (Andromeda is just to closest) and it would have been obvious they went really far out of their way for the "local" farmers market. Futurama normally does geeky jokes like this so it was weird for them to just say "one galaxy over" like it wouldn't have been

[insert obvious nerd joke here]
I really, really enjoyed tonight's episode, but there was one glaring thing (besides Leela dismissing Fry as a purely platonic friend) that perturbed me the whole way through. Why did they literally say "one galaxy over" instead of Andromeda Galaxy? That's just lazy.

Cry some more:

In "I Second that Emotion" when Amy tries to cheer Leela up after Nibbler is flushed, she suggests that she gets a puppy, to which Leela responds, "Nibbler used to love to eat puppies," before crying.

I didn't care too much about who ended up with whom because for almost every possible pairing it just didn't matter to the story, but Zuko Katara could have been incredibly interesting. Having said that, I am also fine that didn't pan out because Mei is incredible. *SPOILERS* I love her apathy (just take the bear) and

I've been noticing that the comments aere dwindling too so I'm doing my part and finally starting to post.

That's interesting. The first finale is outstanding, of course, but I've never heard someone say it was their favourite. Mine is definitely Season 2 because it has the Empire Strikes Back style dark ending, Zuko's double cross, a serious display of Katara's skills and other such goodness. Plus, Azula is a much more
