I did enjoy his sexually oblivious construction worker. The Bond Girl gag had potential, but it got weaker as the gags got weirder.

I loved Dredd, The Dark Knight Rises, Avengers, Cabin in the Woods. Really the only two movies I saw this year that I really felt let down with were Paranorman and Looper. I had high expectations for both, and both had some pretty major storytelling issues.

I put a big, spoiler filled review in the movie's review. Short version: entirely ignores the rule of "show, don't tell", clunky action that seems more like an afterthought, and time-travel "logic" that makes zero sense.

I'm pretty much in it for the monster of the week episodes myself. Of course that's been my outlook since the end of season 5. The "big" storylines are just tired and retread by now. I hope they can surprise me, but Supernatural is now at it's best when it's good, one-off stories.
