It was my first day of third grade in Manhattan. They didn't tell us anything. I only remember one person being picked up early, but with the benefit of hindsight and other friends' recollections, there must have been many more.

I'm excited for this match. How are the Americans looking? I haven't seen any of their games recently due to laziness and the games airing on weird channels.

I think Doran Martell is playing the long game on a similar level. And maybe Grandma Tyrell?

I've only seen Gatiss in Sherlock, but the more I think about it, the more I like this casting. He's got this debonair but menacing thing going on that I think fits nicely.

Hiddleston is a great actor (check out the BBC Shakespeare history plays coming to PBS soon), but I can't for the life of me figure out what's appealing about his face.

One of the funnest things I ever did was work through the entire Sondheim oeuvre while doing boring clerical work as an intern. It was really rewarding. Pacific Overtures, for example, is probably my favorite these days, and I don't think anyone I know who's not a hardcore Sondheim buff has even heard of it.

I might actually watch that show.

And since she's been viewed essentially as a sexual pawn for a lot of the men around her, I think it's fitting that she'd learn to exploit her sexuality (or at least the appearance of it) for evil.

He's way too cute for Quentyn, but they also prettified Ser Jorah a lot, so who knows.

Hes in the BBC adaptations of Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy and Smiley's People, and while his roles are brief, he's great in them even though he doesn't have a single line of dialogue.

I've never seen The Walking Dead, but he's a wonderful actor and I'm really glad he seems to be thriving in American TV.

Ah yes, I forgot about that. Presumably her behavior will be much, much chillier toward him next season.

I would watch the hell out of a movie about the Garfield assassination. It's easily the funniest assassination in American history, irrespective of the fact that poor James Garfield, who was a very decent guy, suffered horrendously for months before dying.

Oh, Rousseau funny.

And she checked her watch just before it happened. She was definitely in on it.

Someone a long time ago suggested somewhere on this website that Walt was going to order Todd to kill Jesse, because that's the worst thing that could happen and therefore it definitely will. I think that's looking like a good bet, except maybe it's Lydia and Uncle Jack instead of Walt and Todd?

How is she more loathsome than Walt? I think they're equally loathsome. At least Lydia is honest about her motivations. She's in it for the money, whereas Walt is in it for his own massive ego gratification but trussing it up as protecting his family. And Lydia's learning very quickly how to function in her new…

Have they explained Junior's absence?
