God, I loved The Great World of Sound. I might have to check out Compliance.

It's obviously not as big an offender, but it's an inspiring, breezy, feel good movie. The kind with an independent thinker, a relative trailblazer as the lead. Like The Blind Side.

Is this the best episode title of any show ever? Bark once for yes, bitch.

Same. That was such a fun, nasty, against-type role.

Oh god, this killed me.

Sadly, I think this year's The Blind Side is three films: EL&IC, The Help, AND Moneyball.

NO FASSBENDER?!

Definitely agree that this was top notch 30 Rock. And maybe it was the episode's construction or Jenna and Kenneth's plot getting increasingly more ridiculous, but it absolutely killed me when I realized that the opening is how they arranged Pete because they thought they had killed him. I hadn't laughed that hard in

Probably because they eat a lot of food.

Loved the Reckless shirt on Brad's fellow Blackass. A small Chicago touch but I geeked out on it.

I'm glad that you just confirmed that I hadn't gotten Pennypacker's initials wrong all these years.

Totally agreed on Lindsay (actively rooting against her) and Beverly (rooting for her after everyone start piling on), but holy hell I cannot wait for Sarah to get the boot. Between the crying, the revolving door of accents, and the pathetic star-gazing, she's easily the most grating cook of the season to me.

Justified is so good…

It looks to be following the same evolution as Sunny's Frank's.

Jesus. Brilliant.

Not to rationalize the poor ratings for this show I love, but I don't think those pairings would have ever helped. I just don't see the audiences for 24 and House or American Idol ever aligning with Fringe. That's kinda why they aim to attract like-minded viewers with a "comedy block" or by stacking procedurals rather

You know, I didn't think Parker could be any hotter to me, but the brunette hair did it.

I think you can say that about the show early on, and about some of the characters, but Californicaton has evolved, maybe just slightly, from it's sophomoric beginnings. I'd really encourage you to give the great third season and the good fourth season a chance.

It might explain some things about your higher education pretentiousness.

"Ratings Roundup" should just be renamed "Be Disgusted By Average Americans-palooza".
