That's pretty much correct. I don't recall if the show has made that distinction when introducing the High Sparrow. I'd have to see those parts of S5 again.

It's not like he was gone forever. He spent last season traveling from the Eyrie to Winterfell to Kings Landing and now back to the Eyrie (or Runestone/Gates of the Moon/wherever Show Bronze Yohn is supposed to be).
They could have some interesting conversations about fighting and/or fucking bears.
Its possible. I thought his head would be larger.
I know that none of the northerners were named (other than Ned and Howland), but I don't recall if the non-Dayne kingsguard was ever named. I wasn't sure if he was supposed to be Hightower (in which case, why was Dayne doing all the talking?) or Oswell Whent.

Interesting example of the far reaches of how widely Prince was appreciated (if you couldn't say "influence")… this is what the frontman of Slipknot did at First Avenue last night:
Endearing, if tragic. That's got to be one of the more depressing reasons to love the color purple.
Boy, that's a lot more steps than just finding a firefox plugin for the youtube stuff.
How would one go about downloading the audio off of the Deadspin SNL video? You know… for science.
You son of a bitch. You darkly hilarious son of a bitch.
No.
Well, I'm very glad that Requiem For A Cat didn't go in one of several different awful directions.
I can buy the critique of his post-Layla stuff being, quite frankly, boring as hell. Because it was. I love a lot of what Clapton did (mostly in those 60s-early 70s years), but man are you in for a bored surprise if you think his solo career is worth looking into.
I don't care what AV Clubbers say about Clapton, that Derek & The Dominos record is one of my all time favorites.
You just said the same thing as the entire interview in approximately 15,000 fewer words.
He was on to something with the condescending nature of the song. But then he even ruined THAT by expressing love for an equally condescending bullshit song from Talking Heads. Simply because it's by Talking Heads.
