Right- the general consensus now seems to be that it's among the five best or so, and (more importantly) that it is a key example of how you could do a good Bond film with a so-so Bond- it's the script, not the actor, that matters.

Besides which, who believes that Bond could lose a fight to Mitchell?

Or set a Bond film in 1955, just for the fun of it!
