How many series used the same models/sets as Jason of Star Command? Space Academy and Ark II come to mind. There must be others.
Oh, Adam, you super-intelligent chimp, enough with your post-apocalyptic hijinks!

My question about Hard Candy, and forgive me, I've only seen it once:
(Obviously, spoilers ahead) When she slips the guy the Mickey and he wakes up on the table, how did she get him up there?

Forgive Ellie she was obviously abused as a child. The abuse was mostly musical in nature.

I remember this line from "Gilda Live" with Gilda playing Nadia Comaneci (a Romanian gymnast from before you were borned): Remember Olga Korbut? She used to be cute. Now she's a television repairman in Leningrad.

His OTHER movie with Goldie Hawn. Written by Neil Simon, IIRC. But it's a good movie. Way better than Funny Farm.

The day Chases show premiered, Stern predicted it would last six weeks. It lasted five.
Stern's good.

Waiters Who Are Nauseated by Food is the funniest thing Carell and Colbert ever did together.
So of course that sketch has been removed from youtube.
Here's a clip of a panel talking about it, with a little taste of it.
Still put tears in me eyes.

Bonk bonk on the head.

Excellent article
I echo the love for this piece.
Just can't understand why nobody has brought up Silver Streak yet.
McGoohan's character is an intelligent, intimidating presence, who doesn't have to raise his voice to chill your spine.

Wish I'd've mentioned it when it aired, but a few weeks back "Chuck vs. Tom Sawyer" had Chuck attaining a Missile Command kill screen to the tune of Rush's Tom Sawyer. It was, as most of them are, a geektastic episode, but did it bother anyone else that a kill screen could be attained in 4:31, the song's run time?

Savage Steve Holland did "Better Off Dead" and "One Crazy Summer." That was pretty much the same movie.

Omar will team with Brother Mauzone, with whom he got String, to counter the twosome of Chris and Snoop.

I was never a big fan of Dice, but in the opening sketch that night he got me. It was a send-up of "It's a Wonderful Life" and he standing out on that bridge, getting ready to jump. "I never wanted to hurt nobody's feelings….i just wanted to make a few people laugh, maybe have a good time….Huh, look at me, cryin'

Cheri Oteri had a good one on her first show, IIRC. It was the obnoxious next-door lady, as whom she had a memorable recurrence with Walken ("What are you? An angel? Sent from above? I LOVE pasta fajol!"). She was yelling at the kids on her lawn and got her housecoat snagged on the porch rail. Tugging it free,

Yeah, "ant." Didn't wanna fix my post to "any."
But thanks for the faux-thing. Damn frogs can't spell antthing the way it sounds.

My all-time fave.

You can use a tv tuner card for your computer. Cost me $37 at Fry's. Turns ant PC into a FeauxVo.
