I just caught started watching Farscape and, while late to the party, I have been reading these reviews after every episode I watch. Alasdair, I have enjoyed your analysis so much and I am so sad that there won't be more of these. Season 3 on won't be the same without the AV Club. :(

It kind of reminds me of his great "this is what friends gear up for" bit from earlier in the season. Dan isn't perfect by any means, but at the end of the day, he cares about doing the right thing and he is very loyal to his friends. He's pretty awesome.

I have been giving this some thought and I think you have a good point, which is pretty screwed up. Don't get me wrong, Nina's actions have been reprehensible, but I am still willing to watch her and I wonder if I'd feel the same way if she was a man. I don't know.

Double Date is one of my favorite episodes of the first season. Joey and Pacey are always great together and Mary Beth doesn't take Dawson's crap.
