It's fun mythology but I would've thought they could leave it for future Doctor Strange movies. The Montesi Formula was a fun storyline. Doctor Strange vs. Dracula!

I thought O'Mara was way too charming to be Pence. I really liked the playfulness of the script for the character and his performance.

I think with the strong critical praise, Forte's Emmy nominations (one for writing first season, and for acting the second) and wanting to be in the Phil Lord/Chris Miller business, FOX will keep it on even if the ratings aren't always the best. I hope!

Yeah, yeah, Bono remains a bit of a blowhard, but when does the new album come out? I thought it was due this year. The last one, despite the fumbled roll out, was their best in a long while.

Mila Kunis lied and said she was OLDER to get the part on "That '70s Show". She was 14 but told the producers she was soon turning 18. As at 18 she could legally work longer hours. But they kept her when she got the part as they thought she was too talented to give up.

That's hilarious. I need to read more Deadpool.

The Vision series has been so good! Even if it's awfully inconsistent that Tony Stark in this series thinks a prediction of the future should definitely be acted upon yet in Civil War II he's willing to go to war (and torture people) to stop then from acting on predictions of the future.

It was (sadly?) shown to be just an illusion in Doctor Strange's head the next issue as Marv Wolfman came in that next issue an undid a lot of weird stuff the previous writer had been up to.

It's how people can tell him apart from Tony Stark.

If you're interested at all in Hollywood history, the podcast "You Must Remember This" is really great. Especially the Charles Manson episodes.

I find her hilarious usually, but find him really annoying/full of himself. I've only heard him a few times on podcasts (as himself) so maybe need to give him another shot?

That Jelena Kevic-Djurdjevic cover. Wow! I need to check out her stuff.

I'm going to complain a little. Not about the sexiness but the violence. It felt like someone gave them the note, "Be more like the Marvel shows on Netflix," so they upped the sexy and violence and introduced a grim and gritty character. But those shows feel more grounded and are much better written so the

The opening to that episode was still my favorite thing the show has done.

Good to hear. I like your writing. You enjoyed the show much more than I did, but its helpful to know where a reviewer stands.

Does Ultimate Spider-Man count? It's a ton of fun. The origin arc being the first six issues or so, I think? The original is a beloved classic for a reason so Ultimate Spider-Man can't really match it, but I do recommend it to those who haven't read it.

Plus the commie Red scare (they could be anywhere!) goes will with the fear of mutants lurking among us.

It's a little dated now but I think Man of Steel was pretty great in that it made Clark a Marvel superhero more than a DC one. Which is to say much more human than an icon. But I was a Byrne fan from Marvel so enjoyed the change, while I can see it not being others favorite take.

And it's GORGEOUS. Stuart Immonen is always fantastic but his art during this period (and on this series in particular) is my favorite.

Middle!
